📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for F&B staff, focusing on service standards, product knowledge, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Mentor and coach F&B staff to ensure they meet and exceed performance expectations.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, checklists, and video guides.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative training methods.
• Foster a positive and supportive training environment that encourages continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B training or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs for F&B staff.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including food safety, service standards, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor staff.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with training software such as LMS (Learning Management System) is a plus.
• Certification in food safety and service excellence is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
