📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of 8-10 sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets.
• Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance benchmarks.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and reviews to analyze performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze sales data using tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Excel to make informed business decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
