📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform daily cleaning and disinfection of clinical areas, including patient rooms, examination rooms, and common areas.
- Manage and dispose of medical waste in accordance with local regulations and hospital protocols.
- Ensure all clinical equipment and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace for healthcare staff.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the facility management team.
- Support the healthcare team by providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
- Participate in regular cleaning schedules and special cleaning projects as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to prevent the spread of infections.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical cleaning or custodial work in a healthcare facility.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Familiarity with medical waste management and disinfection procedures.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
- Valid certification in clinical cleaning or custodial work (preferred but not mandatory).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
