📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Western and Nusantara cuisine, using fresh ingredients and high-quality ingredients.
• Assist chefs in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure the safety and quality of the food served to customers.
• Work efficiently and accurately, meeting production targets and deadlines.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
• Learn and adapt to new recipes, techniques, and menu items as required.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked with necessary ingredients.
