📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Review and edit technical documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.,Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other related materials.,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
