📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and promote our brand.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Identify opportunities for store improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.,Manage store budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in sales and customer service.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with budget management and financial reporting.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
