Boustead is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive or Assistant Manager for our Group Internal Audit team in Kuta, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with policies and regulations.,Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in the organization's operations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports and recommendations to senior management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.,Providing guidance and support to the audit team to ensure the quality and timeliness of audit work.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business processes and controls.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a multinational or large organization.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal control frameworks, and risk management.,Proficiency in using internal audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Knowledge of English is a plus.
