📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and protocols to safeguard the university campus.,Oversee the daily operations of the security team, including personnel management, training, and performance evaluation.,Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.,Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services to ensure a swift and effective response to security incidents.,Maintain and enhance the physical security infrastructure, including surveillance systems, access control, and emergency preparedness measures.,Foster a culture of security awareness among students, staff, and visitors through education and training programs.,Investigate and respond to security incidents, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with university administration to address security concerns and implement necessary measures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in an academic or high-profile environment.,Certifications in security management, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or similar, are a plus.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.,Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and best practices in security management.,Experience in risk assessment and crisis management is highly desirable.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
