📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards and regulations.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Manage staff performance and ensure a positive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.,Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with marketing and customer relationship management.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
