📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Manage the company's payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to management,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents to relevant authorities,Assist in the preparation of the annual financial statements,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants,Review and approve financial transactions and documents🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia🛠️ Keahlian
