📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the team in the Mempawah area.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team to ensure targets are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Manage and mentor team members to ensure they are performing at their best.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Report to the Regional Manager on a regular basis.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the Mempawah area and local business environment.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
