As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.,Check guests in and out, and assist with room assignments.,Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate department.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable.,Assist with front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures.,Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.,Work closely with the housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
