In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring that we source the best products and services at the most competitive prices. You will work closely with our suppliers and internal teams to ensure that our procurement activities align with our business goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process, from sourcing to contract negotiation and execution.
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings.
  • Prepare and present regular procurement reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Support the procurement team in achieving key performance indicators.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and procurement software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical thinker.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
