📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide information about our facilities, amenities, and events to guests.
• Maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere by tidying up common areas and ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
• Promote our social events and activities to encourage guest participation and engagement.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown to support our social and sports activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for sports and community building.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of padel or other sports is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
