📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
• Train and mentor spa therapists to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality treatments.
• Develop and implement new treatment menus and protocols to enhance guest experiences.
• Monitor guest feedback and make data-driven improvements to spa services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as spa industry standards.
• Collaborate with the hotel's management team to align spa services with overall guest satisfaction goals.
• Utilize spa management software like SpaBase and SpaFinder to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Represent the spa at industry events and conferences to stay current with trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Spa Management, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management, with a proven track record of leading and developing spa teams.
• Certification in spa therapy or a related field, such as a CST (Certified Spa Therapist) or Spa Manager Certification, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of spa industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using spa management software like SpaBase and SpaFinder.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local and international guests.
