📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the pharmacist in managing the pharmacy operations, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving.
  • Ensure the safe and effective use of medications by verifying prescriptions, dispensing medications, and providing patient education.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and report on pharmacy operations, including sales, expenses, and patient satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Lead a team of pharmacist assistants, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the team to ensure they are up-to-date with pharmacy practices and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a pharmacist assistant.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
