📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage audit projects from initiation to completion.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures.,Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.,Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in auditing.,Provide training and mentorship to junior auditors.,Ensure all audit activities are conducted in accordance with ethical standards and professional guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CMA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
