Bengkel Oka Tea is looking for a talented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and external stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
