🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC systems, with a focus on installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Proven track record of managing teams and projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry standards.
- Knowledge of relevant tools and software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and HVAC design software.
- Valid certification in HVAC systems, such as NATE or other industry-recognized certifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with energy-efficient HVAC systems is a plus.
