📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals
• Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Work closely with management to ensure HR strategies support business objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proven track record of leading and developing HR teams
