📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's employee database,Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews,Coordinate with departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee information,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving any issues that may arise,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of database management systems,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
