📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and payroll.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Coordinate training and development programs.,Assist in organizational development initiatives.,Support the company's strategic HR planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Experience in conducting performance appraisals.
