📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the Hajj travel process, including booking, ticketing, visa assistance, and accommodation arrangements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
• Attend and participate in industry conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on Hajj or similar religious travel.
• Proficient in using travel management systems (TMS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
• Strong knowledge of Islamic travel regulations, customs, and cultural norms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in English and Arabic, with good knowledge of Indonesian.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid passport and visa for Hajj travel.
