📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's fleet operations, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of their schedules and routes.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.,Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
