As a Field Crew, you'll spend your days conducting environmental assessments, monitoring water quality, and maintaining the SPARING system. This system is crucial for managing solid and hazardous waste, ensuring it meets environmental standards and regulatory requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular environmental monitoring and assessments to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Maintain and repair the SPARING system, including waste collection, transportation, and disposal processes.
• Monitor and record water quality parameters using field equipment such as pH meters, turbidity meters, and conductivity meters.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on environmental monitoring equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement environmental improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on environmental monitoring and SPARING system maintenance.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental monitoring or field work in the mining or natural resources sector.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards relevant to the mining industry.
• Understanding of SPARING system and waste management processes.
• Proficiency in using environmental monitoring equipment and software such as HACH, YSI, and other relevant tools.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
