Puskesmas Putri Dental Clinic is looking for a Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet operations of our clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing dental clinic in Bogor, Jawa Barat. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the clinic's fleet, including vehicles, equipment, and supplies.,Ensure that all fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer specifications.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and prepare monthly reports for management.,Coordinate with drivers and other staff to ensure timely and efficient transportation of patients and supplies.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet safety policies and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff, ensuring a positive experience with the clinic's fleet services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations and patient care is a plus.
