📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company goals.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal departmental performance.,Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Understanding of business operations and management principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
