📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent table service, including taking orders and delivering food and beverages to guests.
• Assist in the preparation of orders and ensure they are delivered accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and glassware.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping using our POS system.
• Offer recommendations to guests based on our menu and specials.
• Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant, including setting up and cleaning.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
