PT Kartika Akasia is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Talent Acquisition to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This role is crucial in supporting our Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening job applicants.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.,Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other HR software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
