📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new products or services.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products or services.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Highly organized and detail-oriented.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
