In this role, you'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent. You'll leverage your expertise in HR and talent acquisition to source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring we find the best fit for our team. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, using industry-leading tools like Greenhouse and Lever. Your ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders will be crucial in driving our recruitment efforts forward.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our team.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, using Greenhouse and Lever.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to support professional growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and talent acquisition.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of performance management systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition, preferably in a fintech or tech company.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and onboarding of top talent.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using Greenhouse and Lever for recruitment processes.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
