📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze client business processes and identify areas for improvement using ERP solutions.
• Customize and implement ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other industry-specific platforms.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of ERP systems.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to resolve any issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ERP projects on time and within budget.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, both in Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP processes and methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an ERP Consultant or a similar role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other industry-specific platforms.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to analyze and improve them.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting (CAA-FIN) or Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) are a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello is a plus.
